The International Orchid Register
The International Registration Authority for Orchid Hybrids keeps track of all orchid hybrids. Since 1962 this has been under
the patronage of The Royal Horticultural Society.
In November 2005 I asked the RHS Orchid Registrar for a list of all taxa within the genus Phragmipedium which they
accept as grex parent for hybrid registration. Mr. Julian Shaw kindly provided me with that information. Below is the information

In 2006 a new species from Ecuador was described as Phrag. andreettae by Cribb and Pupulin. To my knowledge this species is also excepted as a valid entity for hybrid registration.
